Recipe for Teacher’s Confidence
Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp of Content Knowledge - The lesson cannot be taught if one does not know the answers themself. This ingredient is needed to really unite the different tastes of the dish.
- 2 Cups Passion - This dish will not taste good if you do not love what you are doing - a powerful ingredient, really creates a unique taste based on the chef’s skills and unique preparation techniques.
- 2 Cups Management Techniques - Perhaps one of the hardest ingredients to get your hands on and effectively use in this recipe. Allot yourself some practice preparing this one. You might have to search all kinds of places to get your hands on the perfect Management Techniques.
- 2 tbs of Mistakes - because nobody is perfect right? The best understandings come from a bit of slight failure. Some prefer not to include this ingredient, but once they taste the dish with it included, they realize it's necessary.
Note: If you do not have any of these ingredients ask a neighbor; most likely they would be willing to share with you.
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients. Some may be harder to prepare than others. Plan accordingly.
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. They all come together pretty nicely to create Teacher’s confidence.
- Bake for 8 hours somewhere observable. You want to be able to check on this dish as it slowly solidifies.
Note: Please don’t get discouraged if you can’t perfect this dish in one try. You might want to throw it away when you bake it the first time - you might even want to get angry and quit your cooking endeavors all together.

The thing about this recipe is that it tastes better every time you make it - it’s a dish that takes practice. Allow yourself some time to perfect this dish, but remember, it can always be polished more the next time.
